How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed by us, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours from receiving the order dispatch email for your tracking information to be received.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

In the unlikely event that a parcel is lost or stolen or for any concerns about unusual delays, please contact Australia Post with your tracking number for the quickest resolution. It's important to us that you receive your order so if for any reason you are unable to receive the support you need, please contact us.

What is your return policy?

We hope that you will be very happy with your Nitto purchase, however, if you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund, replacement, or exchange.

Please note we do not accept returns or provide refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or make a wrong selection.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be sure to carefully check your address details when checking out your order as we are unable to alter address details once your order has been submitted. Our website uses a validation database to ensure that your address exists and is deliverable.

Do you have a store?

We are an online-only store but we do offer contactless pick-up of orders from our Warehouse in Keysborough (Victoria). Choose the 'Pick Up' option during checkout; we will email you with collection details when your order is ready.
